Already into day 2 of InfoComm China 2015, the VIA booth continues to draw crowds eager to learn more about our Smart Boutique concept of the future. For the event we have collaborated with emerging Shanghai designer Doris Zhang to conceptualize ways in which small business owners can incorporate the latest wireless communication and digital signage technologies to gain an edge and deliver a more engaging in-store customer experience.
Our Smart Boutique futures three key demos designed to personalize the shopping experience and close the gap between O2O retail.
As visitors enter the booth, they are welcomed by a personal shopper who wirelessly communicates with customers through our VIA AirTalk™ beacon technology to their mobile devices, providing detailed information of the fashion on display as well as in-store specials and promotions.
To bring the fashion to life, an impressive 2×2 video wall, powered by a fanless VIA Video Wall Mini, features catwalks of Doris’s latest collection as well as behind the scene footage of her design process and inspirations, helping to create a deeper bond between shopper and designer.
The Personal Tailor concept combines the best of offline and online shopping to create an entirely new customization service. Through an interactive kiosk which includes scanning technology to provide tailored measurements, customers can completely customize the clothes on offer to their exact size and taste before submitting the order directly to the designer and having it delivered to their home.
If you are attending the event and haven’t had the chance to experience our Smart Boutique, be sure to stop by booth CB6-02 in the China National Convention Center while you still can.
