Prevent Pedestrian Accidents

With its smart people detection cameras, VIA Mobile360 CESS prevents pedestrian accidents by alerting the operator whenever it detects someone coming too close to the vehicle. The 3PD Package supports a 240° – 300° people detection zone using one rear and two side cameras, while the 2PD Package can be calibrated to create a zone of between 60° – 120° depending on the required detection sensitivity through its front and rear cameras. The people detection zone for both packages covers an area of between 4 and 5 meters depending on the camera installation height. The detection area can be configured with either a single (critical) or two zones (warning and critical) using the VIA WorkX smartphone app. A variety of voice, sound, and video alerts are available with the system and can also be configured by the app.
