Overview
VIA EPIA-M910 Mini-ITX Board
The highly-integrated VIA EPIA-M910 Mini-ITX board combines a choice of high-performance, low-power VIA QuadCore E-Series, VIA Nano® X2 E-Series, and VIA Eden® X2 multi-core processors with a raft of I/O features and expansion options to provide a versatile platform for a wide array of POS, kiosk, ATM, gaming, digital signage, healthcare, and digital media system applications.
Hardware
Based on the Mini-ITX form factor measuring 17cm x 17cm, the VIA EPIA-M910 integrates the VIA VX900 MSP and comes with a rich set of I/O and connectivity features, including onboard HDMI and VGA ports, two 18/24-bit LVDS connectors, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, and support for up to eight USB 2.0 ports and eight COM ports.
Software
The VIA EPIA-M910 is compatible with Windows® 7, Windows® CE 7.0, Windows® CE 6.0, Windows® CE 5.0, Windows® XP, as well as most popular Linux distributions. A wide range of software development tools are also available, including the VIA Smart ETK.
Expandability
The functionality of the VIA EPIA-M910 can be further enhanced with the integration of an optional high-speed Wi-Fi module and I/O expansion cards supporting up to four COM ports.
