VIA Mobile360 M820 In-Vehicle System

The VIA Mobile360 M820 is a ruggedized in-vehicle system that has been specifically designed to ensure rock-solid operation in the most demanding on-road and off-road usage conditions. In addition to supporting a wide operating temperature range and 9-36V voltage input with IGN support, this ultra-reliable system also complies with rigorous global ISO-16750-3 Test VII vibration and shock standards.
With its low-profile footprint measuring just 240mm(W) x 53mm(H) x 180mm(D) (9.45″ x 2.09″ x 7.09″), the VIA Mobile360 M820 in-vehicle system fits in even the most space-constrained in-vehicle environments.
The system’s rich I/O feature set offers flexible configuration options for a rich array of use cases and applications. Its nine FAKRA connectors facilitate the integration of FOV-190° SVS and Rear ADAS cameras, FOV-35° Front ADAS and BSD cameras, and FOV-62° DSS camera to meet specific deployment requirements. Two USB 3.0, one Micro USB 2.0, one DIO, one COM, one HDMI, one CAN bus port are available for displays, sensors, and other peripherals.
The system supports Gigabit Ethernet and delivers high-speed 4G LTE wireless connectivity through its optional miniPCIe mobile broadband module and onboard SIM card slot. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS/GNSS are also supported.
The VIA Mobile360 M820 runs Yocto 2.3 and comes with a comprehensive SDK that facilitates AWS cloud integration. As an AWS IoT Greengrass qualified device, the system provides an optimized deployment path for operators to enable AWS services across their vehicle fleet with its ability to act in real-time using locally generated data when an internet network connection is not available.
